What you need to know
Our Returns Policy
We take great pride in everything we do, so if something is not to your satisfaction, please get in touch and we’ll do what we can to put it right.
We aim for perfection and want you to be happy every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that something isn’t up to our usual standard, here's what we'll do:
Damaged and Unsatisfactory Items
All our parcels are carefully made and packed by hand in our bakery. If your order is not up to our usual standards or is damaged in transit, please contact us to organise a replacement or refund.
To Return an Item
To arrange collection, please contact us on the number/email below providing us with your name, order no, and the reason for the return. If collection is not possible, we will organise with you to send it back to us in its original packaging. When an item is faulty or not satisfactory, we will reimburse your delivery fee and return postal charges.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an Item
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 days of delivery. This does not cover items specifically made for you, such as bespoke chocolate bars, wedding cakes, or food items which have an expiry date of less than 14 days after the date of despatch. To cancel and return an item, it must be sent back to us in its original packaging. Any items which have been opened cannot be returned/refunded.

If you're returning items because of damage, an error on our part, or you're not satisfied with the quality, in addition to a full refund, we will reimburse you for the cost of sending the items back. For your protection, we ask that you use a Recorded Delivery service when returning items, because proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please note, in all other circumstances you would be responsible for the costs of returning items.
