A Job Well Done: Britain’s’ Craft Bakery of the Year 2023!

We are over the moon to have been named Craft Bakery Business of the Year at the prestigious Baking Industry Awards (BIA)! This incredible achievement is a testament to our fantastic team and their unwavering commitment to baking excellence, alongside our dedication to serving our community with the finest handmade products.

The glitzy Baking Industry Awards (BIA) were held on the 7th of November in London and it was an honour to just be nominated for this highly esteemed Awards do, celebrating the very best in the UK baking industry. We are very humbled indeed to have been chosen among such esteemed companies, and we are honoured to have brought home this prestigious award to our team here in Scotland.

This recognition is a true reflection of the hard work and dedication of our entire team, from our passionate bakers and confectioners to our dedicated shop staff, drivers, maintenance, admin – everyone. We are also grateful for the unwavering support of our loyal customers and the wider baking community, who have been instrumental in our success.

Having baked in Fife for over 100 years, it is extremely exciting to be recognised for our commitment to quality, be it the products, the provenance, the ingredients, our history and passions – all of these have combined into something which we hope keeps our customers happy, day after day. 

After 2020 and a few incredibly difficult years, the business has now transitioned into its fifth generation and looks set to take past successes and a whole load of history and make the business even better for future generations. 

We are so excited to continue our journey of baking excellence for many years to come, and remain committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and the best possible service.
