How do I place an order?
Our online gift shop makes it simple to place orders for UK-wide delivery.
Can I get fudge doughnuts delivered?
Due to the nature of our products being baked fresh daily, we’re afraid that many, including our fudge doughnuts, are unable to be shipped. Locally we can deliver our fresh baking – this is done via Snappy Shopper.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, at present we can only ship to addresses in the UK.
How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 24h) is £3.99. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
How do I return an order?
We make and pack our orders with great care and hope you will be very happy with your purchase. Should you be disappointed in any way, we will always try our best to put things right – we have a returns policy and can accept returns for various reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our online shop accepts all major credit/debit cards via Worldpay.
I’m unhappy, how can I complain?
We strive to always meet the highest possible standards. Occasionally we may fall short of this, and we would love to hear from you if you have had an issue. Whether it be product quality, customer service or another reason, we welcome you to get in touch and we hope to put things right. We can be contacted by phone, email or letter.
Where are your shops/cafés?
We have seven bakery shops and cafés in St Andrews, Cupar and Dundee on the East coast of Scotland. We make our products fresh every day and night to stock them with the finest Scottish baking. Our locations can be found here.
Where else can I buy your products?
We have several in-store bakery counters in Greens Stores across Scotland, as well as supplying products to various brilliant farm shops and delis. A list of our main stockists can be found here.
Do you have a mailing list?
We have a mailing list where we share news, behind-the-scenes, offers and more. If you’d like to receive exclusive content fresh off the baking tray, our mailing list sign up can be found in the footer.
Can I have your products at my wedding?
We love nothing more than baking cakes for big days! If you would like a tower of Fudge Doughnuts or to have some F&D goodies on your cake table, we can provide the cherry on top for your wedding. We deliver across Fife and Dundee or collection is available in stores. Find out more here.
Do you make celebration cakes?
We make traditional Birthday cakes, fresh cream tortens and our famous giant fudge doughnuts which are all perfect for a celebration, big or small! Find out more here.
How long have you been baking?
We have been baking in Scotland for over 100 years and many of our recipes remain unchanged since the early days. Our first bakery was in Cupar, Fife, the town we call home to this day! Passed through five generations of the same family, we remain committed to being a good, local employer, and a strong part of the communities we serve.
Are you a family business?

How many fudge doughnuts do you make a year?
Let’s just say, a lot… Last year we made nearly 200 tons of them! Our most popular cake (nothing comes close – the coffee tower tries its very best) – you can’t get enough of them, and we love you for that!
