| Our traditional and
modern wedding cakes are made in the baker's time-honored
fashion using only the finest ingredients and no artificial
colours or preservatives.
The base cakes are laced with brandy, allowed to
mature to reach the peak of condition before being
layered and topped with almond marzipan.
Only then does a cake receive the expert attention
of our skilled decorator.
We would be pleased to make a cake to your exact
instructions.
Perhaps one tier might be a plain Madeira cake layered
with vanilla cream or you might prefer a light chocolate
cake filled with a continental mousse of chocolate,
butter and cream known as ganache.

We have a range of 6 standard 3 tier cakes which
are available in our regular wedding cake, Madeira
cake or chocolate cake.
All the cakes can be made as one or two tiers from
£60 and by arrangement. |
