| Our range of chocolate cakes are created
from a rich chocolate cake layered with ganache (
a mixture of fresh cream and butter cooked with chocolate).
Only available in milk chocolate to create a special
base to be decorated to your individual requirements.
We would be pleased to make a cake to your exact
instructions.
Perhaps one tier might be a plain Madeira cake layered
with vanilla cream or you might prefer a traditional
fruit cake.
