Our range of chocolate cakes are created from a rich chocolate cake layered with ganache ( a mixture of fresh cream and butter cooked with chocolate). Only available in milk chocolate to create a special base to be decorated to your individual requirements.
We would be pleased to make a cake to your exact instructions. Perhaps one tier might be a plain Madeira cake layered with vanilla cream or you might prefer a traditional fruit cake.
We have a range of 6 standard 3 tier cakes which are available
in our regular wedding cake, Madeira cake or chocolate cake.Each three tier
cake serves approximately 160 people.
All the cakes can be made as one or two tiers from £60 and by arrangement.
