Currently, 110 members of staff are engaged at Fisher and Donaldson.
We have a very low turnover of staff, many of our employees have been with us since they left school. Our longest serving member of staff has been with us for nearly 60 years.
We have a host of skills within our team, craft bakers, confectioners, packers, delivery drivers, office staff, cleaners, managers and sales assistants. About 40% of our staff are involved in production and delivery. The remainder are our shop staff and administration; your direct contact with us.
