Torten.
We have a range of Torten; these are fresh cream layer cakes portioned into
10 pieces ideal for any family celebration. They are available in: Strawberry,
Mandarin Orange, Pear, Cherry, Strawberry, Rum and Brandy. The cakes are decorated
with piped fresh cream round the top and chocolate flakes round the sides.The
tops are decorated with the fruit of your choice.
Romeo and Julietta.
A five layer round domed sponge cake soaked in Marsalla wine and held together
with Amaretto flavoured fresh cream and decorated with white and plain chocolate
fans and dusted with coca powder.
Brandy and Peach Delight.
A round white sponge layered with peaches and cream, laced with Brandy, the
sides are decorated with brandy scroll pieces and the top with piped cream ,
peach slices and chocolate disks.
Brasilia Gateaux.
A round rich chocolate cake soaked in Rum and Coffee and layered thickly with
fresh cream and decorated with piped cream and milk chocolate curls.
Pineapple Sponge
A round layer of sponge covered in pineapple chunks and sauce, piled high with
fresh cream in the centre. Surrounded by an iced crown of sponge that is split
into six portions .
Chocolate Sponge
A round layer of sponge piled high with fresh cream in the centre. Surrounded
by a chocolate icing crown of sponge split into six portions.
Strawberry Flan
Round pastry base filled with fresh cream, piled high with local strawberries
and covered with a strawberry jelly.

Fresh round sponge split and filled with fresh cream, piled high with local

Fresh round sponge, split and sandwiched with fresh cream.
