Staff
Currently, 110 members of staff are
engaged at Fisher and Donaldson.
We have a very low turnover of staff
- many of our employees have been with us since they left
school. Our longest serving member of staff has been with
us for nearly 60 years.
We have a host of skills within our
team - craft bakers, confectioners, packers, delivery drivers,
office staff, cleaners, managers and sales assistants. About
40% of our staff are involved in production and delivery.
The remainder are our shop staff and administration; your
direct contact with us.
